TROUBLESHOOTING
When extraction needs a second look
A scan returns little text
Try a sharper, straighter image using the image text extractor. Image-only PDFs may need recognition within the stated file and page limits.
Tables read out of order
TXT cannot preserve visual tables or columns. Compare labels, amounts and reading order with the source.
Word formatting disappears
TXT keeps words, not fonts, graphics, page design or table styling. Retain the original document.
An upload is rejected
Check format and size, complete verification, and convert older .doc files to .docx first.
